First they said we had to write to end our contract. When they did not terminate, we were told we had to come in person. They had us sign papers and said they would follow up with an email. We never got the email and they have continued to charge nearly 14 months after the initial request User's recommendation: Run far away from Fitness 19. Horrible to consumers.
