Purchased a shark apex vacumn for 377.85 thro Amazon 9 1/2 months ago.within 4 months it stopped working.shark said the unit broke was not warranty.charged me $90.00 to get part to fix it .now I have the same problem .not going to pay them another $90.00 for another failure under warranty! Vacuum used for home only about 550 sq ft of carpet.Trying to deal with their warranty dept requires an interpreter. User's recommendation: Have purchased a shark apex vacuum for $377.85 9.5 months ago .it stoped working 3 months in after.
