Was contacted by this company by e-mail. The company promised a list of 1000 contacts to include name of HIM Directors, name of acute care hospitals, e-mail addresses, mailing addresses and phone numbers. Purchased the list of contacts for Acute Care Hospitals throughout the U.S.A. for a specific job title. Nearly 40% of the contacts e-mail bounced and over 20% were not valid contacts for the job title requested. Since the company was unable to provide 1000 valid contacts for the job title I requested, I offered an alternative job title as well. The company provided 4 different contacts list, none of the 4 lists provided 80% or 800 valid contacts. Would not purchase a contacts list from this company in the future. Repeated attempts to obtain a valid list or a refund were not successful.
