In an attempt to reach out to company I am posting my latest email to them on here because I think its absolutely ridiculous that someone on this site can get a response within a few hours while a consumer who contacted them directly cannot get a response within 3 days! This company is perfectly fine when things go smoothly but once you have problems getting in contact with them to resolve problems is nearly impossible! I spent well over $100 on this order that has not showed up to my house. I want to know what's up! But to no avail no one has gotten back to me. Once I get this dispute settled I may stop my membership with this company. Which is sad because I really did enjoy this company at first. Hello this is my second time trying to contact your department through email. Below is my original email sent 3 days ago. I have not heard anything from you guys in order to help me. I have even called through the phone number provided on the site and when I pressed 2 for the VIP membership the start up message went on loop to the point my call was ended by your call center setup. I have been patient enough, and deserve at least a response from you. On top of that I went on the site PissedConsumer.com and someone had posted a review 12 hours ago and received a response about 4-6 hours after that was posted. So I can't see why I am unable to receive a response when a response was given to another person through a different site. Given the fact that I had contacted the company directly. I am currently leaving a review on that site in an attempt to contact your company as well. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Brooke *First email* Hello, I had purchased 3 sets from adore me, including the free beach towel. However, I have not received it at all yet. I had ordered it on June 4, 2020,and my last tracking update I had been from June 11, 2020. I was wondering where my order may be. Just because I ordered another 2 sets from adore me on June 18, 2020, and I had received it on June 22, 2020. Please let me know as soon as possible.
