I understand that Covid19 is in effect, but that doesn't stop or hasn't stop sales from happening. They sure don't mind keeping on taking orders, but if you have a question, THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON OR LIVE CHAT. There is an option to leave an email, but how often is that check and will they really respond. It's just not good business that you can't call and get ahold of a live person.
