Every time I call I get a robot and not a live person. I need to speak to someone about a ticket I purchased and you sent me the Itinerariy number and with the ticket code 6 letter code: unfortunately I dont have the email anymore and I bought the tickets during the pandemic. I have until This year to use it. Meanwhile nobody can find my cancel ticket that I paid for and the money was taking out of my account.I cannot get a hold of anyone so I can get my money back or use the ticket. Yes so not have the intineriry number so I retrieve the information and the ticket is not in my name.
