Constant repetition of same test results and make appointments on my portal.

I called the helpline, They connected me to a complaint department. Person answered from the Lake Forest hospital didnt know there was such a department. By now the entire situation was mind boggling. It was suggested that I turn off my notifications, I mentioned that if I turn off notifications If I do that, how will I know when a new notification is posted? This person was going to send this information to some other office (which by now I dont remember who that would be) If you are having a hard time trying to make sense out of all my post, so am I! As of now, someone from some department will call me to ( maybe) resolve this! Wish me good luckI User's recommendation: Good luck trying to address any complaints!
