Constant Confusion on My Bill I Paid

I received my first bill in May, I set up auto-pay and paid it. My payment was sent back and charged an extra $30.00. I tried to talk to someone but went insane trying. YOU JUST CAN'T. I complained on here and someone from the Corporate Office called. She told me I could have auto-pay, so she set me up. Payment returned again and another $30.00 charge. PISSED
