Was not provided a tracking #, a week after purchase I called CUSTOMER SERVICE to ask for help to please check on order. I was given a lecture why they provided a tracking # and they could not control Postal Service .I ask the rep to look at my order and she could see I had no way to track package. I called recipient, brownies arrived four days earlier. My first time in all the years of doing business with Fairytale so rest of the season has been See's Christmas season, EXCELLENT customer service.
