Connecting my fire stick.

Connection to phone and iPad works great but cant get my fire stick to connect. Tried new fire stick and verified 3x with Xfinity if it was on their end. They said its probably with the router. I reset the router and restarted but same problem. I cant get streaming service which is a problem. User's recommendation: I don’t know.
