Dear Ma'am/Sir, Greetings! Kindly check my booking reference number UCRJ8S under Kristoffer Rey N. Comillas if confirm. On July 7, 2021, I booked a ticket thru GCASH PAYMENT then the transaction was failed even I have balance, but when I check the booking reference it was confirmed that's why I want to clarify. Hoping for your assistance. Thank you.
