I spoke to a customer representative yesterday, (Lea) and she assured me her team leader would call yesterday, NOT. Today I receive an Email asking me to confirm my dates. I discussed the fact that my wife is having breathing and blood pressure problems and cannot walk across the street much less take advantage of your offer. She gave me the choice of extending the offer for a year. This a chronic problem since Covid 19. I would appreciate granting me a full refund of $225.63.
