concierge services- hanging up on me, never following up

I spent 39 minutes on phone when I finally got through trying to troubleshoot. Got a ticket number. NEVER followed up, never got follow up email First guy I called he said WE DONT cover that & then just put me on hold or left the phone. I have a laptop only 18 months old that loses wifi connection and laptop screen is coming off the base on one side
