I have attempt for the pass todays 5 hours total with the costco concierge. Stating someone will call us back. Yet no ever does. I a TV issue TCL purchased 8/2019. I need some assistance this is horrible customer service. All we are requesting is a service set up call. No one's calling please help. User's recommendation: Don't use concierge customer service no good waste of time and money.
