Concessions refund

The theater at Westtown Center (Rocky River,OH) closed yesterday due to a fire in th concessions area before the movie time. No one was permitted to enter. I had pre-ordered tickets and concessions using my Stubs number/AMC phone app (#030848**** tix/ #013787**** concessions). I later received a refund via email notification for the tickets only. I was not refunded the price of the concessions! Since no one was permitted to enter the theater, these were not picked up. these concessions were never picked up.
