Computer problems from day one and no support.

I bought a $2,000.00 gaming computer for my son for Christmas and the L.E.D's did not work when I received it so I called their customer support about 30 times and always busy. I e-mailed them and it took over a month for them to reply which still never fixed the problem. Now my son clicked yes for a windows update and the system crashed and will not work. I called customer service again 20 times over 5 days and still always busy. They never gave me a product key for windows or a disk and I can't fix it without it. I e-mailed them again 5 days ago and still nothing. Do not buy from ibuypower they are a terrible company. User's recommendation: Do not buy a computer from them. I give you fair warning.
