Completely Unsatisfied customer

I went into the limerick location Saturday night for a toner only. I told the stylist not to be rough washing my hair because it's curly. I mentioned that before, during and after the wash. I was assured she knew what she was doing and no problem. During the wash she did exactly what I said not to do and I mentioned it then. She shampood me twice which i said would dry out my hair because I have curly hair. She did not brush me out and put toner on my hair. Then came back and washed my hair rough again from my roots which I stated numerous times would knot the bottom of my hair. Then she did a chemical treatment (i am assuming she thought this would solve the issue she saw was forming that i was told was not an issue) and put me under the dryer for 15-20 mins. When I came out the dryer my whole hair was matted and knotted looking like 1 giant dread on top of my head. She said this is the worst I've ever seen and it's so bad then laughed and said im going to have someone else comb you out. I asked to go the restroom because I was horrified and in tears. My sister came in after to try to help and was later followed by another stylist who tried to help but could not. We sat for 4 hours trying to comb it out but it felt like a rock. I had my sister, the assistant manager and the other stylist working on it to no avail. The original stylist left never checking on me or apologizing. I was sent home at 1130pm with the knot and asked to come back the next day at 4 where my usual stylist (who never had an issue with my hair and I was just there a month and a half prior for color and cut would be working). I was up until 350am Friday with my sister trying to comb it out. I missed work the next day and was back at it 8am-4pm then went back the store at 4-7pm still working at it. My usual stylist got it out but now half my hair is torn and ripped and im forced to cut it very short. I will not be getting it cut at the haircuttery because I have no trust left but I need to be reimbursed for the cut im being forced to get. I have pictures of the damage. I was not charged for the toner (not even close to the tone I wanted) but when the store manager was asked to come in Saturday to talk to me face to face she declined and asked her stylists to handle. Never once have a relieved a phonecall or check in. I've lost sleep, work days, confidence, money on my cut and my hair! This has been so traumatic and I dont think for one second it was handled properly. Imagine going in for a 10 min toner and walking out with a rock on your head to just be cut off. The 2nd stylist and assistant manager and my usual stylist the next day were not at fault and did their best to help me but were in complete disbelief of how this stylist let this happen. User's recommendation: No way!
