I purchased a music box for my mother in law and the first time the mis-spelled my sister-in-laws name so I called and they sent me another one, but when on the phone I verified the spelling of each name and they did it again...Louise is how its spelled not lousie! im so disgusted!! Dont people know how to spell or at least follow direction if they cant!!!!!!!!
