So I got two shirts, the first one I ordered I didn't even get because apparently it went out of stock after I already ordered it but I didn't find out I wasn't getting it until almost a week later because customers service took four days to email me back. I then received my other shirt in the mail and oh my *** god. Apparently I got a *** BOYS shirt not a men's shirt even though their was absolutely no indication on the site unless you scrolled all the way down to the description, which sorry when I saw large in the title i assumed it was a mens, maybe they should've made it *** clear that it was a boys shirt because everyone shouldn't be expected to read the size chart for every shirt they buy. They took another 4 days to email me back and they offered to mail me a label to ship it back, which is fine, but honestly I've already wasted so much *** time with this *** *** company I don't know if it's worth wasting anymore. I've never complained or emailed a company not once in my life but this is just *** ridiculous. Honestly they should've given me some store credit or a free shirt or something to make up for the absolute *** I've had to go through just find out if I was 1. Even getting a shirt and 2. Trying to return a shirt. I will never shop at zumiez again, I would've if they made it up to me or just refunded me but they didn't so I've completely lost interest. User's recommendation: Don't waste your time.
