The representative came out made me a deal I couldnt refuse and then convinced me to sign a year contract. He promised he would come by to proof all the info which NEVER happened. Then I started getting calls from a collections agency saying that I had failed to pay for my bill. Guess what never got a bill cause all the info that they had was incorrect!! After all this the customer service people tell me well YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT and we offer no gauretee that the info is correct. I am appaled by the behaviour of this company and it representatives. I was treated horribly by all the reps that I talked to and was told that the wrong address was CLOSE enough if it was CLOSE enough I would have gotten a BILL!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE IT IS A SCAM!
