Complete save unauthorised payments

I have just checked my credit card statement and noticed that payments are being taken for £15 a month? I have not authorised this and want to know what it is? I have no idea who your company is or how you got my details. How long has this been taken from my account? I have been getting charged interest on what your taking from my account and want this resolved as soon as possible!
