I really need to talk somebody higher up in this company. So far I have been lied to. And I do mean out-and-out lied to. I've been fed a line that is long enough to stretch from here to California. And out of all the technicians they have looked at my system only one found a broken wire and it started working. But nobody else has been able to get this system working.
