Complete lack of service / customer care / new appliance out of order too often

Deep apology for such a letter in these strenuous times. The appliance in question is a refrigerator Whirlpool W79210 OX, bought in Skopje, N. Macedonia (attached is the warranty list). The receipt is also attached (in MKD which equals 550, 00 EUR in a country with average salary of less than 450, 00 EUR). The appliance went out of order shortly after the purchase (January 2021, warranty attached). The response time for the service was longer than 10 days (we are talking fridge, directly related with safety of the food, not a coffee machine). Service report attached (something has been replaced). That something lasted less than a month. Yes, we tried the representative / agent directly, and yes we tried via friends of friends. To no avail. The appliance, Whirlpool, is still not working properly. It doesn't cool properly. The food is regularly wasted. There is no response time of the service. No service yet. Still. The appliance was supposed to be new, at least that's what was paid for. With such frequent defects, one could become suspicious that it might be second-hand sold at the price of a new one. It's just difficult to accept that a new Whirlpool fridge would go off with such a rate. The fridge is not the first Whirlpool appliance in the immediate and extended family, but it might be the last one. The claim that market is insignificant could be understandable. Such unprofessional attitude and poor customer care could not. Kindly ask to accelerate the response / request a return and a new unit. New. Do thank you.
