Complaint unfair treatment

They took my payment and said it's too soon after I paid it. And it will not be credited to this month's bill as a paym ent. But said it was credited to last months payment which I'd already made also. So it's going to show I didn't make a payment this month but actually I paid it early. So they are committing fraud. User's recommendation: They are not fully honest.
