I have been trying to use my credit of 160 and change from a sofa set I bought and they said if I never made a repair claim I get that money back . Well no repair was ever needed and I was interested in buying a new love seat . Upon calling youre store the Hispanic man who said nope dont care aint happening go ahead to ever comment I made said Im not getting my credit thought I had been told less than 30 days ago when I went in and picked out a love seat but was still shopping around. Ironically at the same time of doing this my fake leather sofas are suddenly peeling but thats another story . I feel verbally insulted and felt like I was treated like I was looking for something for nothing check your books my family has bought there at the original store for over 50plus years I can give every name and youll see we put our trust in your company and this is how I was treated he was rude arrogant and shouldnt be in sales . My name is Angeline Rofus I have an account with my mom Janet Rofus and other family members have bought there as well the Hoffmanns the Lemkes the Loxas and the Meikel families all my relations and thats only a few to say the least . My number is 847-452-**** Now let me know what you plan on doing for me since I was going to buy the pewter grey live seat minus the credit etc . Im so upset over this Ive called channel 2 news , the BBB and the states attorneys office just to name a few agencies I reached out to channel 2 news is supposed to get back to me later today to see if Ive made contact yet and if anything mores been done
