Complaint regarding driver

The driver i orginally had this morning was very rude and made me late to work. I waited 13mins for him and when i got in the car he told me he wouldn't take me to work. His ride does not show up in my ride history because he canceled the ride. I ended up being late because of his refusal to take me to work because he stated that ooo i want to go home thats to far you have to call another lfyt oh well. I would like talk to management about this interaction.
