Greetings Zara Today I went to Zara store (World Trade Park )in Jaipur , Rajasthan , India . I bought a dress worth Rs.2790 , I paid through paytm UPI , it showed paid successfully , amount also deducted from my bank account, but Zara staff said it doesnt show on their system, so they refused to give me dress . Then they said they will write mail to Zara finance department , once its approved they will refund . Pls help Zara I waited for 2-3 hours just to get my problem resolved but no one cooperated. Pls refund my money . Pls dont break the faith .
