I feel I must contact you regarding the rapidly declining service in the above pharmacy. The wait to be served is getting longer week by week, medicines are sometimes not in stock and have to be ordered in (not the case previously) or wrongly dispensed. The staff appear stressed and one confided in me that 'things were getting worse'! This used to be a fantastic, well run pharmacy, but no more. I have previously spoken to the management team, who took my complaint and phone no but did not get back to me. User's recommendation: Go elsewhere!
