Complaint on customer care

The customer service at this place needs improvement. As I expected my needs will be met because of the covid and travel restrictions that came with it, the hotel manager said he will only look into it and will let me know we he can help. Then he called me back and informed me that their automated system was not functioning and he would call me when all is set. I was waiting for a week for their call. It made me uncertain but the manager assured me that my trip is rebooked and wished me a good stay. The property itself is fantastic, but customer care needs a revamp.
