Complaint of not following your own guidelines

I am a regular fresh market customer in my 70s. I have been in quarantine since late February as I have asthma. I'm that time I have visited your store at Providence Walk in Charlotte 3 times, shopped your store by instacart once, and shopped Trader Joe's at their elderly hour once. Yesterday I arrived at your store at 8:00 am expecting the same concern and excellence you have led me to expect. I have felt very safe in your store prior to this most recent visit. However, yesterday their were two pairs of young women shopping*. One pair had on face masks, and it was easy to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, the other two were not only unmasked, but they were also ignoring social distancing. One of them pushed past me as I stood in line waiting for meat. I complained to the person who checked them out and was told that you can't check she's after all. My son's were livid when I told them. I have worked really hard these 11 weeks to stay safe. As a result of talking to them, I called the manager today to give your store a second chance. He told me that your posted policies are not policies but "very humble requests". I find that ridiculous. He told me that you do better than any other chain. I pointed out that at Trader Joe's they not only lined elderly folks separately, but they also required a mask. I have been shopping the fresh market since the mid 1970s, but I don't think I can continue to spend my money where do little concern is taken for safety and published policies being followed.
