Complaint Montclair NJ

The 4 visits that Ive had since my return to Montclair location theres always an issue with mobile check in or my waxer running behind and I have waited up to 40 minutes due to their error. I walk in 7 minutes late and the receptionist did not acknowledge my greeting and Vanessa a young girl that needs to be retrained giving me attitude! The manager Audrey with her condescending attitude is useless! Ady the waxer is good but youre not the best Ill be looking elsewhere! User's recommendation: Don’t recommend.
