Update by user Jul 22, 2021 I have been communicating with someone at Ideal Image for more than three weeks now. I keep getting reassurances that my case will be reviewed and I will be hearing from them in "a couple of days at max", but here we are. I keep sending follow up emails. Original review posted by user Jun 21, 2021 I had a full-face treatment on May 5th and got a really bad burn on my jaw. After calling the company two weeks later, I got seen by another practitioner (Yasmine Kass) who told me that this was NOT normal result and she will reach out to her supervisor. Two weeks passed and had not heard anything. I called Yasmine again and she reassured me I was going to be contacted. Still waiting...Be ca User's recommendation: Risk of malpractice.
