4445 Transit rd Williamsville NY 14228 location .I had a terrible demeaning experience while shopping in the store on 4/13/21. An older white male staff who was obviously loss prevention followed my elderly mother and I around the store during our entire visit. We were professionaly attired and showed no prerequisites of being thieves. There were few people in the store and he literally popped up right beside us everywhere we went. We lost our car keys and that man literally almost broke his neck trying to watch us go to car. I thought he was Elmer Rude or someone. Lol This is outrageous that in this day and age..this happens. I'm a lawyer and will probably sue the jerk...probably make this public because no-one should have to deal with this nonsense. User's recommendation: People of color..don't give them your business.
