Complaint for their irresponsible service

On 22 nd of april, we have submitted the relevant documents for reactivation of our 4 business sim cards. But until today 27 /4/2021 this issue is not until resolved. From 22 nd of april onwards we are trying to reach them, almost for more than 5 agents we spoke with. But 5 of them are saying different different reasons, and they dont even know the exact reason behind this. For the last 6 days due to this issue, our business is not running and we are not able to do any calls or messages. Here by adding our account number : 6.109387. our registration request is :-1-33TUPIWK. Actually this is the only registration number we got even after submitting the documents. Its not at all our fault of not receiving any kind of request number. Our suspended numbers are : [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected]
