Lack of concern about taking 3 plus weeks to receive part. I was informed/ that once it leaves HP it is no longer there problem. Amazon stands behind each and every delivery they do not point fingers and say it's not our problem. My last computer was a Dell and they had pretty much the same pholsipy as Amazon and now I really wish I would have stayed away from HP. 2 computers now both HPs and both having the same issues. I am disabled and have a lot of time on my hands so why I am waiting for my computer to be repaired I will have to use my cell phone to spread the word. User's recommendation: Do NOT buy any HP products due to their poor service and extremely long hold time's.
