Complaint because of service
We already phoned Telkom 10210 on the 3/08/2021 and got a reference number for our internet and land line that is down but no response so on Thursday we call again to esculate the fault and we got again just a reference number no responds then on 10/08/2021 we call again because it is not fixed and got told that the fault has been fixed and closed we had to open the fault again and till to day its not fixed we demand some answers or we will just hand it over to our lawyers and go to the newspaper because we pay every month but the service is very bad we need answers
