Complaint against the service provided was very mess and complicated.

I send my parcel at SS2 branch on 6/9/2021 send to Tawau Sabah with the tracking number [protected]. Until now I did not get any status update for more than 2 days. I send an email to [protected]@jtexpress.my but the mailbox problem. Then morning I called to track the parcel, they're not managed to get the latest status and response as same as per tracking system. So I get them to remark. Afternoon I called again, the Klang side verified that the parcel had reached Sabah Gateway but how come the system was not showed. They get me to talk to Sabah customer service. So when I connected to Sabah line, the person in charge can't speak well and replied me that she may need to check with Klang side as Klang side used to make mistake on parcel. How come the service was so mad and complication. No matter how please look into it seriously as we pay higher than poslaju and others to get better service.
