I live next door to the moose lodge 936. It's currently 9:20pm the moose was supposed to close almost an hour ago, there are five individuals sitting in the back smoking cigarettes and marijuana still being served alcohol including the bartender. This is a residential neighbourhood and the moose is not an all hours bar. We had a lot of issues with this chapter last summer and we will be filing grievances with the city of St. Catharines and the AGCO (alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario) we are sending this email as a curtesy hoping this can help rectify these issues.
