So I am a regular at my local Keiths superstore and tonight is the first time in years I have had a problem with an employee, her name was AMY and she was extremely rude it was also only her first week. They go through employees frequently and never actually train them so none of them actually know how to do anything, especially the coupons. I literally go in this store every single day sometimes multiple times a day. My complaint is against the store and everyones lack of training. Also they stole $7 off my card and wouldnt set the gas pump stating it declined the transaction but that isnt true. User's recommendation: Check your receipts!!
