Complaint about the mistake of the seller and agent

Seller delivered wrong color and damage item since i messaged them the day i ordered i chat to your agent and said that they will the one to refund and they don't do it wothout any update on me when i chat again the agent they denied that is not the policy , look im the victim here i paid for the items but i recieved wrong color and damage item the way i can get my refund is to return the item with my own expense to be there in courier and spend time gor the sellers mistake i ordered to lazada because they promised to thier customer a convinient and well trusted seller how could it be User's recommendation: If the seller did not delivered the right color,quantity, sizes etc they shouldered the return to pick up the return package from the customer so that they will be accurate and efficient to thier duties.
