Complaint about poor service

Ordered essential parts online from distant supplier. They ship via DHL. Shipping price almost equal part price, but I didn't have option to go with anyone else. Shipment was supposed to arrive on Friday. Despite waiting all day, no one came to my door, no one buzzed my intercom, or called me on either phone number. End of day I spot a notice from DHL in lobby saying "Sorry We Missed You". So I called to complain. The guy who answered was very apologetic. Said it would be delivered on Monday for sure. Monday came. I waited all day, total repeat of the Friday experience. Sure enough, at end of the day, another DHL note saying "Sorry".. but also marked "Final Delivery Attempt". How can they say they attempted delivery when no one from DHL tried to directly connect with me via any method available??? Now I have to drive into the city to pickup the shipment when I paid a premium price for direct to my door delivery. This sucks! User's recommendation: If you have the option, ship with anyone else.
