Order 166**** to 20 Thomas Road, Humevale, Victoria. I sent my order from New Zealand on 22 March for delivery day later. They have not arrived and recipient was home all day. Disappointed as could not make her birthday due to travel restrictions. Have tried to complain via website but they keep saying they delivered!! User's recommendation: Do not use this company - phone a real florist.
