Defective product, no liability, customer disregard

26.12.2020. Customers of new 55 '' large TV xenukes in the online store. (order no. E00202446) We chose this store because it promised to deliver the product to our home quickly. Promised delivery 29.12. but without prior notice, 29.12. Nobody brought the product. 30.12. We will receive a message that the product will be delivered from 14.00-16.00. Ok. I realized that I didn't get to work from home at that time. I would forward the call to the wife's phone number and the courier would contact her when she arrived. For a separate fee (10USD), the courier was willing to bring a large box (TV - 55 '') into the apartment. The wife helped the courier to bring the goods home not only becausethat it was severe and he would not end up on his own, but also because there was a small child in the house who is barely a year old. The courier brought the TV to the house, but to see if the item is in order was not possible, because the child was scared of a stranger, began to cry loudly. When I got home, I was going to immediately install the new TV on the wall. But from the beginning I had to take the old one with all the reinforcements. The box stood in the corridor the whole time and no one trusted it, along with the courier delivering it. When the old stand was removed, we opened the box with the new TV and neatly with my wife, holding it four sides on both sides, pulled it out. I immediately noticed that the screen had a small defect, and when I plugged in the TV, it turned out that the damage was serious because the half screen showed lines. Then, looking more carefully at the box in which the TV was packed, we noticed that it had holes (like fingers) right where the screen was damaged. I immediately go to the phone and start calling the customer service center. Calling was very difficult, but after countless times I still succeeded. The girl replied to me that during an emergency I could not simply come to the store and exchange it (or return the money) and that I would have to write an email (to the only email address provided). Without doing so, you can also add pictures. I will also receive an automatic confirmation that my request has been received (email no. 00167606), which also stated that I would receive a reply within a maximum of 6 working days. Realizing that there are many holidays and vacations ahead, I waited patiently for the answer, but in the same 6 working days, no one answered the e-mail. 11.01. I tried to call the client center and I failed. 12.01. We started calling my wife from both phones and finally we managed to call the customer center. The consultant saidthat will find out the situation and call me back. An hour later, I received a long-awaited response to my 30.12. I sent an email where it was written so I also sent pictures of the goods in the package. Immediately after that, I was left with a picture sent by my wife via whatsup, when the product had just been delivered, and I made some more fresh. There were no answers again (and not yet), and in the evening I wrote again to the same warranty service consultant, Sigmund, kindly asking me to resolve my case at a slightly faster pace, realizing that my right of withdrawal would come. «T will end. I was left without a TV, without money, and without the information I would have to do with all this. Terrible customer service, failure to do your job, I would say, breaking the law.Be sure to report any consumer infringement to Ptac. I want your money back. I would never buy anything in a Senukai store again and would advise others not to do so.
