Complaint about my code 11:59 watch

I purchased this watch from you London Harrods Boutique appx 2 years ago and since then it has had to be sent off for repair twice and it is still with AP Switzerland who advised me that it will be back at the Harrods Boutique mid July 2021 then End July 2021 now around Mid August!! The first time it was sent off for repair it was returned to Harrods without the strap or buckle which caused yet a further delay! I have now lost my desire to own an AP watch as all it does is cause me stress and anxiety due to in, my opinion dreadful AP after sales service! If i had my way i would ask you to buy the watch back off me as i have a product which i feel is 'NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE' As i fear this is going to be a watch which is going to cause me ongoing issues in the future! undoubtedly the worse timepiece in my collection and i was advised when purchasing that this timepiece will be superb investment!!!
