I visited a Spirit Store on S.R. 41 in bradenton florida on 10/27/2020 and was very disappointed. The manager Nicole was very inappropriate towards me and my boyfriend. I found out during my visit that she previously dated him. When we entered the store she hugged him without his consent, which made us both very uncomfortable especially with the virus. She then saw me with him and told us she wishes she could tell us to "get the *** out of her store". I was going to purchase an item for my costume but after that comment I put the item with the associate at the register who also heard the last comment. I would expect more from a manager. I understand it was uncomfortable for her but she should at least be able to be civil in uncomfortable situations and ask for consent before touching customers. I am a manager myself and wouldnt represent my company in such a manor. There was a definite lack of professionalism. User's recommendation: Go to a different store.
