I never agreed to this servicer--it was forced on me by Bank of America. It's inability to track payments is worse than any organization I have ever dealt with, its lack of credibility is even worse, its padding of billings is objectionable--it does everything illegal possible to obtain more $$$ for itself. It wasn't legally authorized to collect on my Countrywide loan and it padded those payments so I had to scrutinize every payment! Don't allow this company to service anything--that's what I'm demanding. They're the closest thing to crooks imaginable! Scrutinize every payment you make to them!
