Complaint about a manager at the National Harbor

Today my husband and I went to the Nautica store at the Tanger Outlet at the National Harbor. We frequent the store very often. My husband asked the manager if he had another black jeans, the jeans that were on the floor were dirty. The manager replied probably not without even checking in the back. My husband began to walk out of the store and I asked him you didn't see anything, he said yes but the manager failed to look in the back. Another associate in the store looked in the back and found the jeans. My husband told the store manager that his employee found the jeans that he told him they probably do not have. My husband told him as a manager you should have made sure you had the jeans in the back before telling me probably not. The manager replied well you found them didnt you. My husband then said you need to demonstrate leadership and take responsibility for your mistakes. Instead of the manager apologizing he began to tell my husband how long he had been there. The store manager then told an associate to rang us up awhile clearly displaying frustration over our complaint. Im very disappointed with this manager because he gave me the same response on another occasion.
