Complaint 3 weeks no paper delivery

I. Have not received the newspaper now going on 4 weeks. THIS has been an ongoing issue since December. I have called nearly DAILY to report this issue. Please have my newspaper delivered DAILY beginning TOMMOROW. THIS IS very poor customer service, I have been a customer for over 35 years. Please e mail me to confirm that my newspaper will be resumed delivery.
