I'm very much disappointed with the treatment I've received from Old Mutual claims approval section, I've submitted a claim last week with every detail of information, sadly I'm still asked the same information that I've submitted already, so far I've submitted more than 5 affidavits and a letter of amalobolo that's more than 20 years, still today the person who is dealing with my claim is still demanding the same letter I've submitted, when my money is deducted from my account there's no hustles, but when I have to claim there's so much string attached to the claim, I've been continuing covering this depended even after her death because old mutual told me that she wasn't covered, I've blown my gasket yesterday and share my experiences with old mutual in Facebook and now I'm still victimized about the same claims not approved even though it's long overdue, I further request the 3 years unlawful cover deducted from my policy or else I'll publish the whole scenario of my claim to the public domain to see and witness what I'm talking about and the responses I'm receiving from old mutual
