Complain factory defect

Make: YOM MERCEDES 2017 MODEL: GTS COLOR: YELLOW CHASSIS NO: WDDYJ7 JA7HA012111 ENGINE NO: 178980****2298 ENGINE CAPACITY: 3982 My boss just bought this car in Bahrain. The owner name is Mr. Husain Ahmed Ali Saleh. We have some isssue on the car that the agent here said that the car is ok. there are scratches in the door that we didnt make any accident or what. i have the videos and photos..i will send you when you reply on the message. please do something on this. this is not normal car..It's expensive one, and we want to resolve this issue.
